Feedback

Should I contact previous customers that ordered flowers from me to see how they like it or received it? When I ship someone the flower they ordered and they never leave feedback I want them to know I care and check back with them so they don't feel like just a sale. Does this make sense?

Michelle,that is considered to be spamming - you cannot do that. Many customers do not leave feedback, probably only 1/2 of my sales have feedback.

One way to get some is send a thank you note with your shipment and say at the end "If you are pleased with this transaction, could you please leave Feedback". Or, if they send me a personal email how much they love the item, I email them back, thank them and ask if they can leave feedback.

I've also added this into my Message to Buyers section:

If you have any questions with your order, please get in touch. If you are pleased with your order, please share your experience with others by leaving feedback.

FYI, I only get about 35% of my customers who give feedback. No news is GOOD news, I say.
