Feedback

I am confused I give feedback to the shops I buy from and also the give feedback when I sell. What is so hard that no one can take the time for feedback, is not important anymore?

Re: Feedback

Some shops leave their feedback in bulk - and truly, not all sellers are on here all the time. A lot of customers don't leave feedback - I've got over 600 sales in SouthernTwisted, and just over 400 FBs. Some people buy and only come back when they want to buy something else, and that may be several months apart. I want to say that the ability to leave feedback disappears about three or four months after the purchase is made.

Re: Feedback

I think many sellers have this rationale: When you leave feedback before the buyer, you run the risk of the buyer leaving negative feedback and not having a chance to explain 'your side' to other sellers. I guess that sounds a little retaliatory, and there is kiss and make up, but if someone leaves feedback that the item was broken three months after they purchased it, and then won't respond to messages, the seller could explain in feedback that the seller did not notify them of the issue, and that you gladly refund or repair damages.

Re: Feedback

As far as buyers leaving feedback, over half my customers are first time customers who have signed up the day of their purchase, so I think many do not understand it or realize it is there.
