Unfortunately, most buyers don't leave feedback. However, I include the following message in the "note to buyer" to try to encourage buyers to leave feedback:
"Thank you for your order! I will let you know you as soon as your package has been shipped out. Each and every single customer is important to me, and I'd love to know of your package's safe arrival, and that you are happy with your purchase. Therefore, please feel free to leave feedback, and stay in touch, as I love hearing from customers!"
And that's it. I don't normally like to pester customers for feedback, so I just leave it at that, and I'd never directly ask a customer for feedback...I'd be afraid they'd feel annoyed. But I wouldn't worry about not receiving feedback yet, as when a customer doesn't leave feedback, that usually means they're happy with their purchase. :]
