Feedback question.

I purchased a few items from a seller that were never received. I did get my money back. My question is regarding the feedback. I have read the feedback on this seller and one individual left a feedback that stated they thought the shop owner had passed away. I really would rather not leave any feedback at all, just in case, but would love for my home page to stop telling me to leave feedback. Is there a way for this prompt to go away? I understand it only shows when I first log in but I would just like it to go away. I hesitate to actually leave a feedback because I do not know what really happened to the seller. I just like my Etsy pages neat. Thank you.

Re: Feedback question.

You could just leave neutral feedback and just walk away

Re: Feedback question.

Is the shop still stocked and selling? If so, I wouldn't let the rumor affect the feedback I leave.

Re: Feedback question.

The shop shows the cute image of the girl knitting the three armed sweater with an error message. So the shop appears to be closed.

Re: Feedback question.

If the owner has really died, your neutral feedback won't hurt him/her in any way. If the owner is alive and just did not deliver your order, he/she deserves at leas a neutral feedback.
