Feedback issue

A customer bought some of my pieces and she said that when she went back online to leave feedback, her profile said that she had no items to leave feedback for.
I think this may be because at the time of sale she did not have an etsy account.
How can she leave feedback on the items that she bought?

If she bought them from your Etsy shop then she should have an Etsy buyer (or seller?) account. If that's the case, you can give her this info about how to leave feedback: http://www.etsy.com/help/article/102

I don't think you can purchase things on etsy without an account so perhaps she has an account she forgot existed?

oh, just thought of this. why don't you look through your sold orders section and find her order and tell her what username it is?

and if it's a super old order I think you only have 120 days (or maybe 90?) to fill out feedback so it might just be too late.
