I have a customer who would like to change or add to the feedback they left on my shop. How do I advise them to do this? I can't figure it out myself....
If it's positive feedback, it cannot be changed. If it is negative, then use the Kiss and Make up feature. Otherwise, it's only up to Etsy to change it and they are very strict about it!
