Featured Seller Question

I was wondering how a shop becomes the featured seller? I do not think my shop is successful/cohesive enough to be the featured seller but I was curious how the lucky shops are selected.

as far as i understand it, the key is for people who curate treasuries to use your item in their group. for example, i've seen tons of people make "spring" theme treasuries lately and i can totally see them using this:
