Fall Sales

Hello Everyone,
I'm struggling to figure out what I have done to create such a dramatic drop in my sales. Last year I had so many sales I was working hard to keep up, since then I did revise (and raise) my prices to make my business a profitable-sustainable one. I don't feel that I raised them too high, I have used the Marketing Research Tool and I fall inside most important catagories/price ranges. Yet I haven't had a single sale this month so far.
Any suggestions? I've been working on re-photographing Items/working on tags and have Etsy Ads running...
I would love any ideas that could bring my fall swag back!

Im having a lousy time with sales as well compared to earlier months.

Also, I think Etsy Ads are a waste of money

I've heard some people suggest it's because of the elections in the US...I've only been here since the end of July, so I have nothing to compare to, but I really hope things pick up soon!

I have had a terrible dry spell as well. I had my first sale in over 3 weeks just yesterday. I was starting to think my shop was invisible. Maybe Etsy made some changes that impacted searching? I am hoping things will improve soon. I get views but they seem to be mostly from my teammates.

I am very low on sales as well. I am hoping things pick up for the holidays. In my experience on Etsy the sales go up and down regularly, for me at least.

I agree, compared to last year at this time, things are VERY slow. I'm not sure if it's the election, how things are set up differently so people aren't finding you in the same way as last year (at this year last time there was no relevancy yet or browse). I was SWAMPED last year Sept-Nov and I am barely getting any inquiries at all this year. My prices are the same, and I have even more items.

I pay for advertising through 100GiftShops and so far I have most my views still within Etsy search, but increasing number of people are finding me at the 100GiftShops sites and in google plus bing search engines. I also started accepting Direct Checkout through Etsy, and 2/3 recent sales paid that way, so I figured it definitely a good thing I did that.
