Is there a way to post an item on your Facebook page (other than cut and pasting the link) after the item is posted. I noticed I had the option when I was listing it for the first time but when I went back to post on FB the option wasn't there? Thank you!

Nope, you have to cut and paste the url. People are saying they have better luck with posting a picture and then putting link in the comments.
