Etsy not showing new convo on top?

Earlier, if I get new convos my Etsy page would show 1 or 2 or whatever on side of the Envelope icon on top. But past few days that hasn't been the case and I see I have convos only when I check my mails. Is it only me or has someone else noticed it too?

I have not had this problem and I get tons of convos...Hum?

wonder why yours is doing that?

I would contact ETSY and ask them.

Not sure what to say.

Others will come here and maybe help more than me.
