Etsy labels? Heads Up--shipping to the same address if you don't close the tab

I wish admin would have made an announcement--it's been an issue for more than two weeks and folks are still finding out the hard way--from their customers. :(

Did you report it to the bugs section? I did have that happen but thankfully realized after the label printed that it hadn't opened a new one.

Hope others who don't realize it see your thread!

Thanks-I too hope folks see the thread before it happens to them. It's been in the bugs section for that long-thats why I decided to start posting about it.

Admin posted today that they've finally fixed this issue:

...but still no announcement has been made for folks whose labels might have been printing wrong since Thanksgiving & the ensuing unhappy buyers they could be surprised by.
