How can I contact Etsy admin if I need to report a “buyer” who is trying to sell commercial products in their profile?

Press Help ... At the top of this page. Then when you get to the help page there is a section titled "Report A Problem".

I believe there is also a button on each item and shop that says report shop or report item.

Yes, under Actions on the left side there is a button"Report This Shop"

Thank you... I looked for a report button on his profile but because he doesn’t have a shop that option wasn’t available.

He just has a profile with prices and links to outside commercial websites.
