Hi Team,

I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for being such a darn awesome team!

We all have ups and downs and frustrations being artists, makers, crafters and Etsy sellers. Sellers join this team and look to each other for assistance, inspiration, motivation and a whole slew of other things to get them through the rough times and you all do a great job of providing that and pushing through.

As an admin looking for topics trending in the team discussion I am always amazed at how many of you doing are sharing that knowledge with the Team. You are offering critiques, personal experience, suggestions, and most importantly support. The support you give to each other is the support that may help that one defeated (or almost defeated) member stick with it.

There are so many discussions that I wish I could respond to, but often times, I go in and see that so many team members have already provided the same information I would have. I can not thank you enough for that. I also can't thank you enough for your willingness to dive in and lead the way.

Keep up the team awesomeness! It is helpful, noticed, and appreciated!

Ive just joined this team this week and it does have a much more 'team like' spirit than the general forums which can be a bit off putting sometimes.

Wow, this is the first admin I have actually felt be part of the community. The other ones keep shutting threads left and right, always with some fairly dry comment to go with it. You ooze warmth, thanks for that!

Awww. Thanks so much for the kind words, Nina! I have definitely closed some threads here in the team when they go against our Etsy Success guidelines for no self-promotion, but that's just to keep the channels of discussion more relevant to the entire community. :)

Yes, Sara I think what we appreciate even though it is necessary to close threads you dont just go & do it willy nilly, you always take time to explain and not smack people down who accidentily created a incorrect thread.

I have been selling for a little over a year and I can't believe it took me so long to join this team. It has given me insight, resources and camaraderie. It's wonderful to have a place where we can go to ask our self concious questions, find out a looong list of ways to promote your shop for nada and hear that other sellers face the same issues (or have already overcome them and here's how I did it!). Thanks so much.

I concur. This has been the best team I have been on. It's constantly helpful and encouraging.

And I concur with the admins about closing threads. I opened a thread about my first sale, not realizing there was a specific place for it, and they didn't make me feel like a terrible person because of it. :) I'm new and just didn't realize it, and they understood that, didn't grill me or make me feel bad, just directed me to the correct place. After congratulating me of course!

I love this team and all of the awesome people on it! When I started my shop in February, I had NO idea what I was really doing. I had just been making so much stuff and I loved buying on here, so my fiance told me I should start selling on here to pay for all the stuff I buy ;) I was mostly hoping to just pay for my supplies, but then I found this team. The advice I've gotten from all of the other members has really helped me improve my shop and I appreciate it all! I also love the sense of community - it makes me feel like I have a place here. Thank you all for being so awesome!

Sara, I agree 100%! I love how kind this team is. It seems to have a way of giving people constructive criticism without being mean or abrasive. I just love it. I've learned so much here. Great team.
