Etsy Search, (Shop Name)

When I search for my shop name in the Etsy search bar why does the products in my shop not show up?
Instead Etsy suggests 'did you mean the shop Pouchkey' - but I want my product to show up just like these others did:
Translate to English There was a problem fetching the translation.

For your products to show, you would have to put your name in the tags.
