Has anyone found with the new etsy promo that you pay a daily fee for has dropped the number of hits on your page. With the old one I seemed to get more hits and sales?

It also depends on your daily budget , if your daily budget is low and it runs out before the day is over ... It could impact your potential views. I am seeing a lot of threads where folks stdnt using the auto bid, but are selecting low bids like 10 cents
