Can anyone help me and explain what Etsy Mini is and does it cost money? It doesn't state that it does when I click on it.

Etsy Mini is just a code you put on your website to display items in your shop. It doesn't cost anything.

Etsy Showcase is one of the paid advertising program for Etsy shops in Categories and Subcategories. You select your category/subcategory and it gets promoted when people click on that category from the frontpage. I've used it and find it useless (just like Search Ads).
