Etsy Home page as a Traffic source

Hi there,
Today I received two hits from the etsy home page as a traffic source- can anyone tell me where this would be coming from? I only had like 16 views today, and none of my individual item stats said it appeared in the home page stats.

If anyone could help me deciphering this would be awesome :)

Did you recently re-list an item or list a new item? If so, it would have very briefly appeared on the home page near the bottom in the section titled Recently Listed Items.

I didn't update anything at all, though! That's why I think it's so weird! I actually found that it was my shop that was listed. Does that make any difference??

I had the same thing happen today too! I'm thinking it's that our items were under someone's "items matching your tase" section.
