How do items get picked for the Etsy Finds Emails?

They are picked by admin. Each email has a theme, and items are picked to fit that theme. There are for sure some favorite shops that get lots of exposure, but I've had an item show up before and am on no-one's radar. :)

They like good, click worthy pictures. Like the ones you see that make the front page.

Awesome!! Our store has a pair of fingerless gloves on the email. And I just changed and updated the pictures because I had people in this team review our store.
