Editing multiple listings?

I did read a thread on this subject from January, but as things are often changing, I'd like to know what people are doing today to edit multiple listings. For example, I'd like to add a link to my facebook page at the bottom of each listing--each 195 of them. I've heard of craftopolis, google analytics, and others but honestly, its all foreign to me so far. Any tried and true suggestions?

You can edit multiple listings (price, description, title) on craftopolis very easily but you need to enable google analytics for your Etsy shop first. Here's the instruction :

After that you can sign up for Craftopolis and edit your description on many listings at the same time. I don't think any links outside of etsy.com is gonna work in description though.

For some reason craftopolis does not work for me right. it shows my tag report and nothing else it keeps telling me user name is wrong but it isnt or I wouldnt get tag report. anyone know how to fix this

I could never get craftopolis to work ... or others. I really like ShopShaper. It's easy to use, inexpensive ... and never crashes!
