Drop down menu in listing for colors and patterns?

I was doing a random search for some prints and saw in one of the listings for a shop that there was a drop down menu in the listing with all the color options for the print and another drop down menu for the pattern selection.

Does anyone know how I can activate that for my shop? It would cut through a lot of the miscommunication regarding colors for my customers orders.

I love it, but you have to be sure to make your descriptions still asks customers to give you their size/color choice because people buying via a mobile device will not get the drop down menu.
