If you haven't yet, create a Facebook and Twitter account for your shop and link them in your shop. Brush up on hashtags and experiment with them when posting to your Twitter account.
#etsy #shopping #handmade #giftideas #handmadecandles #handmadesoap would be great hashtags for your shop.
I use HootSuite to manage my social media accounts. I can pre-schedule my tweets and fb posts (with links straight to my shop, sections, or individual listings) throughout the course of the day, optimizing for higher traffic.
Leave comments (something better than "Oh, this is nice!") on blogs that are relevant to what you're selling in your shop. You can and should leave a backlink to your shop whenever you do so but be sure your anchor text is also relevant to your shop. (In the name field, you'd leave the name of your shop and in the website url field, you'd leave your shop's url address.)
