* First think of the first advise " try put the most important keywords and phrases at the front of your titles" so instead of ;
Vintage 1960's Light Pink Floral Summer Dress
Try better=

or
Hipster Halloween- Set of 5 Greeting Cards, Blank Inside, Vampire Boyo and Witch Girlie
Try better=

I really don't know if the commas and (-) affects the title, but thinking as a consumer I would not use that in my search, so try don't use that in titles.
Looking at your tags, I search for the world "orange" and just two listings came up. For example, look at this one=

"Oil"
"painting"
and then "oil painting"
folk harp
harp art

harpist
Try to describe the piece, maybe the color, that is a portrait, that is unique, ooak (one of a kind), etc...
Look at this one too...
http://www.etsy.com/listing/74884668/horse-sculpture-two-glitter-pony-cansSome of your tags are =
glitter painting
glitter sculpture
glitter art
glitter and ribbon
glitter cans

If you take out that "glitter world" you will have the perfect tags. You should include the colors too.
Hope that helps. Good Luck!
