Do people usually thank you for adding them in your treasury?

I have a question do you usually thank people (just like in the comments) if they add you to their treasury? /do people usually thank you for adding them? And if they don't thank you, do you find that a little rude, or you don't care? i'm new here and trying to get an idea of etsy etiquette (:

I thank people when they include my items. I don't make treasuries myself, but if I did it wouldn't bother me if I wasn't thanked. A lot of sellers are extremely busy and sometimes don't notice these notifications.

I always thank people for adding me and most people thank me for adding them. Buttttt...having said that... I dont always notice sad to say, when I am in a treasury. Its has slipped by me and then I feel so bad. I apologize, explain I just noticed and thank them. It think its the nice thing to do.

I've made a few, only got thanked by a couple people, but I don't mind. I check if I'm put in any, because you don't always get a notice, or see it in your activity fed, and thank them. I appreciate being in them, it brings me views :)

I always try to thank treasury curators in the comments. Activity on a treasury helps it get noticed and that's good for all of us. There are times, though, when I'm swamped or traveling or unable to spend time at the computer and I miss a day or two of commenting.

I make a lot of treasuries and never hold it against someone if they don't comment. I find that about half the shops featured don't, and that's fine. We all have to make choices about how we spend our time.

I try to always thank people but at certain times of the year I have been in several dozens in a single day and then I don't always notice unless they have sent me a convo to tell me that I'm in a treasury... it's nice when people thank me for including them in one of my treasuries but I'm not offended if they don't : )

I must say that I don't like it when people make certain demands as to what I'm suppose to do when they include me in a treasury like click all the items, share in certain teams, post to FB, twitter, etc, etc...

If I see it (I sometimes miss them!) I always add a comment and a thank you, as a courtesy.

If I put someone in a Treasury myself, it's always nice to be thanked though I don't expect it.

I've been in treasuries and didn't even know until someone on a team pointed it out to me. I feel bad when that happens but if I don't get a convo, i'm clueless and frequently miss it in the activity feed

Just an FYI, if you're in the Shop Stats beta, your treasuries show up in your stats each day. Otherwise, you can go into the treasury and search for "shop: yourshopname" to see every treasury you're in. I just have that search bookmarked and check it a couple of times a day. Handy!

I always thank people for adding me and I feel real bad when I miss them.When I make treasuries most of the people thank me for adding them.
But I realised that is better to convo them in order to tell them that they are in my treasury.Because many of them are very busy to noticed which of their items are in treasuries and doesn't mean that they are rude.

I always send a convo when I feature someone in a treasury, since many people don't pay attention to their activity feeds. I always view, click and comment when I see that I've had an item featured in a treasury, and I really appreciate when someone I've featured thanks me in the comments section or convos me back. I don't understand why someone wouldn't say thanks, it takes just moments to click the link for the treasury and leave a comment. I think it's very rude not to.

I thank them in a convo if they've alerted me. Otherwise I occasionally check the treasury's for my shop's paintings. I love doing that because it's always a happy surprise to find that I've been included in someone's collection. New question though---Is there a way to notify a number of people that you've included in your treasury? I do it one-by-one right now and though I think it's important to do- there's got to be another, better way. Thanks to anyone who can help.

I make at least 10 treasuries a week, sometimes more and I always thank someone who has included me, both in the treasury comments and then again personally through the convo system. That is as long as they send me a convo saying that I have been featured. It is the least I can do for someone who has included me in a treasury. I always appreciate the feature!

A great way to find out whether or not one of your items has been included in a treasury is to join the 'shop stats' beta team as each treasury you are featured in shows right on your stats.

That way you don't need to worry about missing something on the activity feed.

I always say thank you. Some people will convo me to let me know I'm in their treasury, which is great because sometimes I don't always catch it, but I try to! :)

If someone doesn't convo me, I still say thank you anyway. It's so flattering. If people don't say thank you it may be because they are unaware they're in a treasury.

I take the time to thank people for including me. I've only made one treasury and not everyone thanked me, but I didn't take it personally.

I always try to say thank you if I'm lucky enough to have an item catch someone's eye enough to add it to one of their treasury lists. It seems polite (plus gives viewers a nudge in the direction of my store; they'll see a seller who is willing to communicate.)

When I make treasuries it's nice to be thanked, but I don't expect it. I'm still really new....my treasuries are always a celebration of things that have caught my attention, inspired, and/or excited me.

(I can tell I'll only be selling here so that I can afford to keep shopping here, lol!)

If I see it I will leave a comment and favorite the treasury. It seems a little too predictive and pointless to have 10 comments in a row saying thank you in my veiw. Nothing wrong with it and sometimes I will throw thanks in there too, but not always.
