I once had a package (from me in the Netherlands, to a customer in Portugal) returned to me after 7 months!
When it returned it had everything on it from footsteps to car tire prints, mud, several 'not deliverable' stamps, etc. The products (flexible crochet products) were totally flat and every bubble in the bubblewrap envelope was flat too.
When I contacted the buyer (who never told me it went missing...) and said I was making her a replacement order, she insisted on paying half of it, since it was not my fault. She even became a return customer.
