Digital Items Restrictions

Hey guys - a friend of mine had an idea for starting an Etsy shop, but I'm completely torn between whether or not it is allowed.

She has a successful blog, and her plan was to reach out to Etsy sellers and get them featured on her blog.
She wants to create digital listings on Etsy - a listing with a digital download - and purchasing that listing would get them a feature slot on her blog. In a way, I suppose it's sort of like purchasing sponsor slots through Etsy rather than through Passionfruit or Paypal, or perhaps on the same lines as purchasing SEO advice.
By buying the listing, they would be purchasing a feature post slot.
She wants to create a small Ebook that would be uploaded to Etsy and be available to download once the feature listing was purchased, and it would explain precisely what she would need from the Etsy seller to feature them on her blog - introduction written by them, specific listings they want featured, any specific words, tags, links and so on that they want included.

My question is: is this allowed? It's more a service than a product, which is why I'm not 100%, despite having seen this kind of thing on Etsy before - of course, just because one person does it doesn't make it right.

I've told her to hold off doing any of it yet until I can get an answer for her - I'd hate for her to open a digital shop, only for it to be closed down a week later. It might prevent her from opening another at a later date should she start selling her crafts.
So does anyone have any clear idea about this? It would be most helpful if a dev could answer so I can get a certain response straight from Etsy - but perhaps some of you have had experience, or know the answer to this as a fact.

Services seem to be allowed here. There are psychics and card readers, among others!

And what about custom graphics? That's a service too!

When Etsy says "service" it must result in a tangible item. Custom graphics services provide digital files of logos, banners, printables, etc. IMO a blog feature is not a tangible item.

This is from the Etsy Do's and Don'ts. You should contact Etsy directly to find out if a digital file with instructions on how to be featured on a blog is considered a tangible item.

Services
In general, services are not allowed to be listed on Etsy. There are a few exceptions noted below that are allowed as they produce a new, tangible, physical item.

Any service that does not yield a new, tangible, physical item is not allowed (for example: tailoring, restoring or repairing an item, photographic retouching or color correction).
Custom graphic design and digital pattern distribution are allowed; a digital file (for example: .pdf, .jpg, .doc) is considered the tangible, physical item.
An instructional crafting workshop is allowed as long as it provides the buyer with a tangible, physical item (for example: an instructional booklet, crafting supplies, a finished project that the student created in the workshop).
