Hi Gaurie, If someone adds you to their circles they will see when you have added an item to your favorites (unless your favorites are set to private), added a shop or added someone to your circle. On the Activity page (where you see your circle activity) there is a small section of new items listed from your favorite shops. So someone who has added your shop to their circle may see a new item you add in that area.
