keep the convos. The worst that happens is that she opens a case and gets her money back within 45 days.. an you would still have the item so you wouldn't really loos out on anything.
Yes, you are right. I had her write a note on her purchase saying she purposely want the item ship late in September because she is moving. That should do it.
