Customer that hasn't picked up her package

I have a Customer that has not picked up her packag, and it has been almost a month,
I emailed her, then sent a convo,
but the package has not been collected.
Soon they will send it back to me ..
Do you think I should keep sending her messages?
Or just wait for it to come back to me and that's it?

I guess if you can't get hold of her, she isn't responding to your messages, there isn't much else you can do but wait for the order to come back. Sorry, this is probably not much help, hopefully she will get in touch soon!

Could you drop her a postcard in the mail just as a reminder in case she is having her mail held or someone else is collecting it for her & cant get the package her something. I think I'd try that & if she still doesn't respond, I'd let the package come back then cancel the transaction.

So sad!
Is it an international order? Sometimes the custom fees are so big that people don't pick up their mail and it will be eventually sent back.

May be, you allow more time for a customer to contact you. Someone would want to get a refund at the end of this transaction.

Also, you never know what was the reason for non- pick-up. Could be a very real-life explanation.

There isn't very much that you can do at all. Most post office will leave a notification that the package needs to be picked up but that doesn't mean that it gets done.

Personally I'd leave it alone. It is possible that the package has been picked up and the post office website hasn't been updated.

I currently have 3 packaged that are showing as 'in transit' to me yet they've been here for the past week.

yes, it happens when the Post office website isn't updated and that happens quite a lot.
