Customer chose wrong delivery

Hello, I have a customer overseas who has selected delivery within the UK but with the international address. How can I rectify this without it costing me? (Like having to cancel it and relist the order)

sounds like a bug to me. surely they shouldn't be able to select shipping to the wrong country?

Their address was
International street, town, country and post code, then at the end said "United kingdom"

It was a customer that I'd been speaking to about their order so I do know that it was supposed to be international delivery

I can think of these?-

-Create a custom listing saying "Postage fee to _Country_" and add on the 20c listing fee
-Ask them to send a direct bank transfer with the extra cost, but then I couldn't post until it clears and they need the item by a date they had given me
-Cancel the listing and re do it, charging the listing fee (Do we get ALL fees including the listing fee back when an order is cancelled?)

That's so strange. Sounds like they were trying to avoid paying higher shipping charges.

I would cancel the order and have them choose the correct country for shipping. I believe you do get all our fees back when you do that. I would let her know before hand saying, "Hey, thank you for your order. However, when you chose the shipping, you didn't choose it to the right country. Due to this error, your order has been cancelled. If you can please re-order with the correct ship to country. Thanks!" Or something along those lines.

I'd tell the client about the postage difference and set up a listing (include 20 cent listing fee and processing fee) for her to pay.

I set up a separate listing for the extra postage and added the listing fee, but forgot about etsys total sale %, bummer.
