Great article, thank you for sharing. I'm pretty new to Etsy and work daily on getting my business going forward. Thanks to a customer complaining that my listing description was confusing and misleading, it helped me stop and objectively look at my listings through the eyes of a buyer. I cleaned up my shop listings, so that they were clear and specific on what each listing was offering and it helped my business. Yes, customers are our best allies even when it comes in the form of a complaint.
