Custom order

Hi guys...I have a situation...I finished a custom order, I published, and the custom was supposed to receive an email. She says that she did not receive it. What should I do???

After the custom order is listed, I usually copy and paste the link to include in the convo that I write to my customer. She just need to click on the link and go thru the check out process.
