I agree with both of the above. Also take the title and make it the first sentence in your description. Helps with the SEO.

Maybe adding "amore" to the title instead of 'italian word' ? People may even be searching on that word.

Personally, if I was going to spend that much on a necklace I'd like to see the back before I bought it. As well as the rest of the necklace.

I would, besides the above improvements, also add a picture were you can see all of the necklace, also how it hangs on a person.
