Critique my shop----Please help!!

I would love any advice about my shop. Ex. Banner, Photos, Prices?

Hi Jalene. I think your shop looks great! Your stuff is adorable and I loved looking through your photos, you did a really good job!

One recommendation I would make is to include in your banner somewhere a tag line or description of exactly what it is that you sell. You have "Cute, Chic, Crafty, & Unique" under the shop name, but that doesn't really explain what is included in your shop. That should be something that jumps out at people right away so they know what is in your shop without having to browse through everything.

My only suggestion would be to work on SEO, especially in your shop title and announcement. Like what RiverCityStudio said about the cute, chic, crafty and unique--you need to describe what you sell and load your title up with great keywords so people can find you.

love the banner. love ur shop. can't tell what your avatar says though. photography skills are great! just make sure you're cropping your photos to size, because some are getting cut off it looks like. i make all my photos 170x135 inches w/ my crop tool. then i resize that cropped image to be 72dpi at 1000pixels wide. making my final image 1000x760 or something like that. (around there anyways)

other than that i think you're off to a GREAT start, really.

Thanks everyone that really helps me alot!!! I didn't really know what to put as my avatar since a sell a muxture of baby and adult things, I guess I will work on that, so that way my shop can be narrowed down more!! Also with the picture sizing I thought that they needed to be sized down too, I tried it with one of my products the other day and couldn't tell a difference but maybe it was just that product in general, I will play around with them! Thanks again everyone for your help, it really helps me out with your honest advice!!! Happy sales everyone!!!
