I want to be more creative in my feedback for customers. Buyers have a bit more flexibility and freedom to say something clever or funny. As a shop owner you don't want to risk offending present or potential customers (with humor or sarcasm - easy to misinterpret).
There are so many examples out there of memorable, and often hilarious feedback comments from buyers that we would never dream of leaving a customer. I want to be more creative than the "thanks for buying the xxxx, hope you like it" vein but not as far as "if we were in prison, I'd protect you in the shower". I am creative in so many ways - why do I get stumped at leaving unique feedback?
It seems feedback on Etsy has sort of been relegated to the back, dusty corner (I have a hard time even remembering how to find it) but it is an opportunity to say thanks, and that is a very important part of business!
Let's think up some great ideas for customer feedback. Something that will make them smile, laugh, glow, etc and want to come back for more. While I like humor I also want it to be sincere. Do you already have something you'd like to share?
