All right, so I promote myself on Facebook, Twitter, Etsy Teams, and etc.

What are some creative ways to promote my items?

I'm going to make some flyers with my shop info and put it around coffee houses and natural groceries etc. You know places where people who buy handmade things go shop. I took some classes on photochop and such and need the practise. A lot of people may not know about ETSY so might come look. We have several Buy Local promotions in Austin and maybe having people "buy local" on ETSY work.

When I go to dinner or lunch I always bring a business card to give with my tip - I put a little thank you not on the business card to thanking them for great service :O)

Hum, the business card at dinner is a great idea!!

I had my first set of cards made for free at MOO, but they have the MOO ad on there. I think it's time to put on the big girl panties and start kicking some butt!

I've been giving my business cards out to ANYone who I come in contact with (restaurants, markets, nail salon, hair salon, even to my doctor's offices!!). Hmmm....aside from FB, Twitter, Blogging, Teams....I can't think of anything else. Can YOU? (My brain hurts from trying soooo hard!) I've had more views today than ever...but I'd rather have SALES than views!!

The business card idea is cute!

I mainly use facebook and blog. I also try my best to incorporate other shops into entries and tell them about them being featured... giveaways/reviews.. it all brings in new ppl!

It's lengthy, but it does give some good ideas, and makes you think of different ways that you can really promote your business. It's worth a look at, and I may try a few of their tips myself.
