Creating a shipping label without having an order?

I had a customer notify me that one of the items she purchased from me a few months ago had broken. I want to ship her a replacement, but can't figure out how to create a new shipping label when there is no new order. Is it even possible? If so, how?

I usually just use paypal to create shipping labels in this type of situation, but their multi-order shipping tool has been down for the past couple of days :(

If the order is not too old you might be able to print a new label. Otherwise, if PayPal doesn't work you can always go to Stamps.com

Usually you can print another label from their original order. Just go to e original order and click on Print Shipping Label. It prints a new label for you.
