Crazy amount of views?

I just got 130 views in a two minute span...all coming from direct traffic. Just curious if this is a glitch or something. Anyone else have this happen?

maybe daily finds email?? I don't subscribe to it, but someone might be able to link you.
It happened to me before..an AMAZING amount of views came from "etsy" and it took me hours to figure it out haha

I got all those views in like two minutes and nothing since then...weird.

I'm subscribed to most etsy emails and I didn't see anything of mine.

That happened to me one day!! I woke up in the morning and already had 64 views from direct traffic! I was sooo confused! Had a ton of views that day...never quite figured it out! It's awesome if it's not a glitch, though!

Few days ago I experienced something like this. I don't exactly know how the DT works but it feels great :)

I have been checking bugs today to see if anyone wrote in about crazy direct traffic views, I have like 100, that's really high for me for DT..?

That happen in my shop last Friday. I had almost 600 views, 80% from direct traffic. It didn't amount to any sales increase, though.

That happened to me yesterday! I got about 200 views, all from direct traffic, in about 10 minutes. All of them lead directly to my shop and no specific listing... Never did figure out how it happened!

but then our views would say etsy fp on the stats page right? not just the vague direct traffic.

That happened to me a few days ago. Got about 250 views in less than an hour. They were to my shop, not any particular listing. Very strange!

Most of mine were to my shop, too.

I have also noticed a lot of views coming from DT lately....I looked at the definition and it says that it's when someone clicks on your link outside of etsy and it brings them right to your item or shop...have you been putting your link out there? Maybe social media?

That happened to me a few weeks ago (almost 600 views) and I found out that by some miracle they came from the front page

I haven't been advertising at all. I don't really advertise my shop using social media.

It's just strange that they were all within two minutes.

happened to me once --- I am not sure why either - somebody told me that maybe my shop was on the front page......?
