Complete Drop in Views and Sales...Why?

I'm very discouraged! Our views and sales have been virtually nonexistant for Oct and Nov. I redid all our titles, pictures and descriptions to hopefully comply with the new search criteria. I had a critique done of our shop, and made all the changes suggested. I even tried Search Ads...all with no success! HELP!

when my views are really low, i try to give them a boost with stumble upon... it hasn't turn into sales yet, but at least is not as depressing.

Your boxes are beautiful! I noticed your lowest price point is $50.00. Have you thought about adding some smaller wooden items to appeal to those people needing holiday gift ideas in the $25 & under price range?
Ornaments, wooden pendants, small crosses etc.

I think the / in your titles may be causing you issues. People won't be searching for wood jewelry/keepsake box. They'd search for jewelry box, wood jewelry box, keepsake box etc.

Perhaps vary the titles more and avoid the /. Your items are all similar but people may search for them in different ways. varying the titles will help people who search using different terms find your store.

So different boxes might have as the first 2-4 words:

Handmade wood box

Personalized wood box

Monogrammed wood box

Flower jewelry box

Jewelry box

Keepsake box

Wood box

Wood jewelry box

Wood keepsake box

Inlaid wood jewelry box

Marquetry keepsake box


etc...

One item title might be

Wood jewelry box, flower keepsake box, inlaid floral design, cherry wood box

I also get views from Stumbleupon, and Reddit has given me views too...sign up for some of the free places to promote your items/store. It takes some time but it does give you more exposure. Those sources have not produced a sale for me yet but I'm still new, at least it feels better to know human eyes are seeing my stuff.

Natasha's point about different kids of items at different price points also brings up another point, if you have different kinds of items, you may be able to bring in more buyers...that may possibly be interested in your boxes as well.

I know the saga of changing titles, tags, etc. to become more relevant, but I've done all that and I've also noticed that people selling similar jewelry have titles and tags that I would never think of searching, so by all means make your boxes more relevant - can't hurt, but don't expect a great upswing if you do. There does not appear to be any rhyme or reason to why an item comes up in a search. I have had items come up in searches that have nothing to do with my tags, titles, description and I can't imagine what triggered their appearance.

The question should be: what were you doing before to get so many views and buyers?

I feel like keeping views is almost a full time job.
