Comments and circles from the same people?

Some of the same people will add comments over and over again hours apart in the same one of my treasuries. Others keep removing then re-adding me to their circles daily. It's strange and I'm wondering why. Maybe they want me to look at their shops or something?...

That is weird, makes me think they're trying to drum up interest in their own pages. Then again there could be some sort of glitch.

Either way I wouldn't put too much stock in it. Maybe give their page a view, whatevs.
