Anyone planning any Christmas in July events and if so...what are you doing?

I need some idea's to get my shop rolling.
Wasn't there a website advertising peoples Christmas in July sales?

I started my sale with 25% off and it will run until the 29th.

Free shipping. It's a promotion that always appeals to me when I'm shopping.

I'm running a 2 week long sale for 25% off. During that time I usually add extra incentives for FB fans. Free shipping for a few days, BOGO patterns, etc.

I'm doing it! I'm offering free shipping for the month plus I've got a BOGO sale on select items. So far so good, I just got my first CIJ sale. :-)

For promotion, I joined a CIJ team and I'm promoting heavy on twitter, FB as well as other teams on here. I'm not sure about the website, but here's a thread with more info on tagging your items:

I'm going to have a 25% off sale july 12-22 since etsy is promoting it during that time. Also gives me time to craft up new items (got some new products, more of old product to make) so I can cover what I have in the shop while having enough to take with me to a fair that happens right in the middle haha.

Angie - great idea on the free shipping, etc! I will have to think about doing something like that!

I'm participating in the STATTEAM Christmas in July sale on July 15. Entire shop will be 15% off with and additional 5% off coupon for my Facebook fans. Most of my items ship free so no difference offered on shipping. Shipping is what shipping is. :) Banner to come. Already created my Christmas in July section and planning on adding more.
