Changing the look of my shop. need advice

What do you think. The pictures use to all look like this

I am changing it over to look like this.

I like the look of the listing better now but I am not sure if the shop looks good as a whole.

Hi Crystal,
Your artwork is wonderful! You have such a good use of color. To answer your question, I prefer the images with the focus on the paintings. I really like your art, and the larger photos really draw my attention. I would image those photos would work better in treasuries as well.

Personally, I prefer the new look. I like to see what an item will look like in it's natural environment.

You pictures are lovely, I think use all five shots, put the pictures on a wall on your mantle piece do close ups. Make your shop look like a gallery.

Wish you lots of sales

Seeing the image close works better for me, then inside, show me the full shot.

I think that mixing close ups of some listings and pictures on the wall for others would be a good strategy- adds variety and color to your front page and gives you a sense of detail and application right away.

I am not a fan of same type of shots for all listings. I think it make a shop looks boring.

Wish you all the best with your great art!

As you can upload 5 photos, i think would be nice to have both types. also one in a middle way. Simple the painting, but one also not so close up:-) As the first photo, for some items you can choose the old kind of photos, and the new for some others. Like this you can attract both type of buyers:-)
