Change shipping note?

I would like to change the 'your item has been dispatched' note but I can't seem to find the option! I don't mean shipping policy or the message to buyers after they purchase an item, I mean the text box when we press to dispatch an item. It's getting a little annoying to have to delete and type it for every item (I now ship first class instead of second). x

bottom right hand corner of the text box has a little icon to click to edit and create messages to save for further use

Make up several messages then choose your snippet by clicking on that little icon, bottom right. You'll love it!

Ah so there's only an option to edit it if I get another order, and it's a save checkbox under the text box?
