Categories for listing items

Morning all.

Is it just me or does anyone else find it really difficult to put items in the correct categories when listing a new item?

I have just listed an engagement ceramic heart and there isn't anywhere I can find to put it. There's categories for things I've never even heard of but nothing for an engagement gift (or card).

I'm confused....this happens to me a lot!

You have a beautiful shop. I don't know how to advise you. Mine is really easy, jewelry, necklace, stone, ets....

For some items, yes I have a difficult time. One thing you can do us look how similar items are sorted by looking at the first few tags of an item

I was using style and recipient tags in new listings and then I saw someone say here that they left it blank. I never thought to do that but then I started when a specific one just didn't make sense. So far it works fine.
