Case Dropped

I posted on here yesterday that I was really upset because someone opened a case against me.

I want to thank everyone who supported me and gave me really good advice, it helped me no end, THANK YOU. The case was resolved last night after the sweater arrived with the customer, apparently, you were right, she didn't realise it was coming from france, it still only took 11 days, so that is really fast. She apologised too, so I am over the moon this morning. Thank you for being such a supportive team, its fantastic

Maybe next time when your packages need to ship to other countries, just send customers a note that " Your packages was shipped today, it usually takes 2-4 weeks...." something like that.

Thanks everyone, I mean it, you have all been fantastic. I am now tracking post, even though it meant raising my prices, I am emailing customers to tell them how their parcel has been shipped and also that it is coming from FRANCE with a delivery time of 2-6 weeks. That is generally far too much time, but I have taken everyone's advice and completeted all the suggestions made by you all. You are all brilliant
