Cancled Transaction

I've been working with this lady now for about a week on a custom order. She paid for the item and used a different payment method and so Etsy is saying that it isn't paid for. Which it isn't but, I relisted her item so she can repay for it. I went to my sold orders and I canceled the transaction. So now my store says I have 42 sales and soon it's going to say I have 41. I'm a little upset about this. does a cancelled transaction affect your sales on Etsy? Are other people able to see the item that has been "Sold"?

No it will just " disappaer" and it will not have any effect....

It doesn't have any effect on your shop, other than that your number of sales will go down by one. Not a big deal, though. I've had to cancel transactions for various reasons over the past couple years, and it definitely doesn't have any impact on your shop.
