Hi -I havent had to cancel an order but tried to find the thread I read a little while ago with no success about the amount of time a customer has to leave feedback on a cancelled order.I also scanned etsy seller handbook and must have missed it there.
I do custom orders and while all has gone well so far I want to know what I should be doing to ensure I provide a good service.I have written as much relevant info into listings to give potential customers enough info about whether they should purchase.
