Cancellation order!

Hello everybody!Yesterday a costumer purchase 4 of my items and after she send me a message that she want to cancel the order because she is concerned about the delivery time-after christmas,so i canceled the order and sent her money back via paypal.I wonder if etsy will charge me finally with the 5% and if the items will stay sold out even if there aren't!I'm new and i want your help!Thank you!

Hi there, sorry the customers wanted a cancellation.
You need to relist the item or they won't be for sale anymore.
Etsy will give your fees back after the order will be cancelled (a couple of working days), and Paypal will refund its fees immediatly.

Roberta thank you very much for your help,unfortunately i have to relist the items and pay the etsy fees even if i don't sell them.

Etsy will refund the fee's if you cancel.

Etsy tells you to relist the items before you cancel the sale. If you do that, Etsy refunds all fees paid. You must cancel the sale, not just refund I think.

You will pay for relist, but Etsy will refund your fees for the sale, listing fee included.

Yep, What Roberta Said. When you cancel its like anything to do with the sale is completely refunded. Including your listing fee. You will get all that money back in a refund.
