Can you help with my invisible listings?

Can anyone tell me why when I do a search like this

Art > illustration > original illustration > local UK

none of my items show up even though I know I've tagged them uk and original illustration - am I missing something? help would be appreciated.

Hi, I just did Art> illustration > original illustration( and I can't set it to local UK), so I just search the keyword " UK", and on the first page that came up, there are at least 5 items from your shop, so don't worry, your arts are out there!!!
It's just that if you don't search " UK", there are well over 300 pages in this category, so it's kind of hard to fine your items, just try to renew more often and keep yourself in the first a couple of pages.

That's really helpful to know,I don't know why I cant find them through the search I do but if others find them that's the main thing. I will try to keep with listing more frequently too
