Can you change the order of your variations?

Hi! I have several listing with almost 40 color options. Instead of creating new listing and reentering all of those I just copy the listings and change what I need to change. The question is I want to add a variation in addition to the color options. I need this variation to be the first variation so I can offer different pricing. Is there a way to switch the order of variations after they are entered?

I have not been able to do that either, even though I tried the same thing. It's very frustrating!

Also, I wish that they could let us "edit" the variation. If I found a misspell word, I always have to delete that and redo.

Thanks for the feedback! Ugh....I hate that we cant do that. I have 40 color options, but need to make the first variation material choices since that's what makes the price difference!

Your only other option is to create a listing which has the materials as the first variation, then add colors as the second variation. You can then copy that listing when you add a new item. A lot of work initially, but might save time in the long run....hth

LoveAndPrint, there's a gray cross to the left of your variations. Click on the variation you wish to move, the cross turns to blue to show it's selected. Click and hold, you should be able to drag and drop to the new position you desire. This works from mobile devices too.

I have 52 variations for ring sizes which don't vary in pricing. I want to add different stone options, but I need to add the prices. In order to do that, I need to delete the first variation, add the different stone options w/ pricing, then manually enter in 52 variations for over 1,000 listings. It would be so much easier if we could switch the order of the variations.

@rockymountainmajesty: you are referring to the options within the variations, not the variations themselves.
