An earring got damaged in shipping, and I am replacing it. I would like to use etsy shipping labels, as they are cheaper and I can print them off and ship from my mailbox, rather than going to the post office. Is there a way I can do this?
I did this some time ago. Select "Orders" from the drop-down menu. Click on the appropriate "receipt #". This will bring you to that specific order screen. On the upper right corner there is a button that reads "Print Label". Click on it and fill in the information and you can print a label again. Needless to say, you will be charged for that second label.
